100,000 Spenn to 100 Winners – Terms and Conditions

Spenn Group AS (the "Organizer") is responsible for running the campaign "100,000 Spenn to 100 Winners" (the "Campaign") and administers it in accordance with the terms set out below. By participating in the Campaign, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign if necessary due to circumstances beyond reasonable control. Any material changes will be announced in the Spenn app and/or on Spenn Group's official website within a reasonable time.

1. General Information

To participate in the Campaign, you must download and register a user in the latest version of the Spenn app, and activate Spenn with at least one of the brands included in the Campaign.

Participation is free of charge and does not require any purchase beyond what you would make with the brands regardless.

Participants may receive service-related emails about the Campaign, including information about participation and prizes. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link.

2. Eligibility

The Campaign is open to individuals aged 18 or older who are resident in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, or Finland.

The following may participate in the Campaign but are not eligible to win prizes:

The Organizer reserves the right to verify that eligibility requirements are met, and to disqualify participants who do not meet the requirements.

3. Campaign Period

The Campaign runs from Monday, 5 October 2026 at 00:00 to Friday, 30 October 2026 at 23:59 (CET).

All activity must take place within this period to count towards the prize draw.

The prize draw takes place on Monday, 2 November 2026, after the Campaign period has ended. All 100 winners are drawn at the same time.

4. How to Participate

To be included in the prize draw, you must sign up for the Campaign in the Spenn app during the period 5–30 October 2026.

Everyone who has signed up for the Campaign before the period ends is automatically included in the prize draw on 2 November 2026.

5. Use of Name and Country for Winners

By participating, you agree that the Organizer may publish your first name and country in its communication channels if you win a prize.

Brands involved in the Campaign only receive the information necessary to deliver the prize, and may not publish winner information without the winner's own consent.

6. Cheating and Rule Violations

The following are considered violations of these Terms:

Participation using multiple accounts or profiles

Use of automated systems, bots, scripts, or other technical manipulation

Any attempt to unfairly influence the outcome

Providing false or misleading information

The Organizer reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and, at its sole discretion, to disqualify participants if a violation is suspected.

The Organizer may withhold a prize if the winner does not meet the participation requirements.

All decisions made by the Organizer in connection with the Campaign are final.

7. Prizes

7a. Prize Pool

A total of 100 winners are drawn at random and simultaneously, on Monday, 2 November 2026, among all eligible participants who have met the requirements in section 4.

Each winner receives 100,000 Spenn. The total prize pool for the Campaign is 10,000,000 Spenn.

Spenn is credited directly to the winner in the Spenn app. Spenn are flexible points and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or shared with others.

7b. Notifying Winners

Winners are notified via the email address registered to the participant's Spenn app user. Spenn prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other compensation.

8. Privacy

Spenn Group AS is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with the Campaign. Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable privacy legislation. 9. Technical Errors, Interruptions and Force Majeure

The Organizer is not responsible for technical errors, system failures, network issues, app downtime, or circumstances beyond reasonable control that may affect participation.

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Campaign without liability if such circumstances arise.

10. Unclaimed or Invalid Prizes

If a prize cannot be delivered due to incorrect contact information, lack of response from the winner, or other circumstances beyond the Organizer's control, the prize may be forfeited or awarded to another eligible participant.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Norwegian law.

Any disputes arising in connection with the Campaign are subject to the jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.
