Terminating your account deactivates it, but your user data, including Spenn points and transaction history, will be retained. You can still earn and use Spenn, subject to each partner’s terms and conditions. Deleting your account permanently erases all personal data, Spenn points, and transaction history. This action is irreversible, and you’ll lose access to your account and any associated points.
