Easter Campaign terms and conditions
Spenn Group “Easter Hunt” 2026
Spenn Group AS (the “Organizer”) is responsible for conducting the Easter Hunt 2026 (the “Campaign”) and administers the Campaign in accordance with the terms set out below. By participating in the Campaign, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign if necessary due to circumstances beyond reasonable control. Any material changes will be announced in the Spenn app and/or on Spenn Group’s official website within a reasonable time.
1. General Information
To participate in the Campaign, you must download and register an account in the latest version of the Spenn app.
Participation is free of charge and does not require any purchase.
Participants may receive service-related emails regarding the Campaign, including information about participation and prizes. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link.
2. Eligibility
The Campaign is open to individuals aged 18 years or older with a residential address in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, or Finland.
The following individuals may participate in the Campaign but are not eligible to win prizes:
- Employees of Spenn Group
The Organizer reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify participants who do not meet the requirements.
3. Campaign Period
The Campaign runs from 29 March 2026 at 00:00 CET to 4 April 2026 at 23:59 CET.
All activities must be completed within this period to qualify for entries in the prize draw.
The prize draw will take place after the Campaign period has ended, during week 15 (5–10 April 2026).
4. How to Participate
The Easter Hunt will be visible at the top of the front page in the Spenn app during the Campaign period.
To participate in the prize draw, you must open the Campaign and complete the available game(s) or quiz(zes).
Each completed participation gives you one (1) entry (ticket) into the prize draw.
Each participant may earn a maximum of seven (7) tickets during the Campaign period, and a maximum of one (1) ticket per day.
The more tickets you earn, the higher your chances of winning. The probability of winning depends on the total number of valid entries received.
5. Use of Name and Country for Winners
By participating, you agree that the Organizer may publish your first name and country in its communication channels if you win a prize.
Partners providing prizes will only receive the information necessary to deliver the prize and may not publish winner information without separate consent.
6. Cheating and Rule Violations
The following are considered violations of these Terms:
- Participation using multiple accounts or profiles
- Use of automated systems, bots, scripts, or other technical manipulation
- Any attempt to influence results unfairly
- Providing false or misleading information
The Organizer reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and to disqualify participants at its sole discretion if a violation is suspected.
The Organizer may refuse to award a prize if the winner does not meet the participation requirements.
All decisions made by the Organizer regarding the Campaign are final.
7. Prizes
7a. Spenn Earned Directly in Games
Some games may award Spenn based on performance. Rules for earning Spenn are available in the Spenn app.
Participants can earn up to 20 Spenn per game across four (4) games (maximum 80 Spenn during the Campaign). Each participant may attempt each game up to 100 times during the Campaign period.
Spenn are flexible points and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or shared with others. Spenn are credited to the participant’s Spenn account.
Spenn are limited and subject to a predefined campaign budget. The Organizer may reduce, suspend, or stop Spenn distribution if the budget is reached.
7b. Main Prize Draws
A total of ten (10) winners will be drawn at random during week 15 (5–10 April 2026) from all eligible participants who have earned at least one ticket and complied with these Terms. Each winner will receive 100.000 Spenn, which will be credited directly to the winner’s Spenn account.
Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their Spenn account. Spenn prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative compensation.
8. Privacy Policy
Spenn Group AS is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with the Campaign. Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Norwegian privacy legislation. For more information about how personal data is processed, including retention periods and participant rights, please refer to Spenn Group’s Privacy Policy.
9. Technical Errors, Interruptions, and Force Majeure
The Organizer is not responsible for technical errors, system failures, network issues, app downtime, or circumstances beyond reasonable control that may affect participation.
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Campaign without liability if such circumstances arise.
10. Unclaimed or Invalid Prizes
If a prize cannot be delivered due to incorrect contact information, lack of response, or other circumstances outside the Organizer’s control, the prize may be forfeited or awarded to another eligible participant.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Norwegian law.
Any disputes arising in connection with the Campaign shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.
