Easter Campaign terms and conditions

Spenn Group AS, hereinafter referred to as "The Organizer," is responsible for organizing the competition and conducting it in accordance with the terms and conditions below.

By participating in this competition, you accept the terms of participation outlined below. Spenn Group AS reserves the right to amend or terminate the competition and/or these terms and conditions with immediate effect. Any changes will be notified within a reasonable timeframe and communicated on the competition page.

1. General information

By signing up for the campaign, you agree to receive daily emails reminding you to participate in the game, as well as communication about prizes via email. You may unsubscribe from receiving email communication in the profile section of the app.

2. Who can participate

The competition is open to individuals over 18 years of age residing in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, or Finland. No purchase is required to participate. Employees of Spenn, Norwegian, Strawberry, and consultants hired by Spenn Group are not eligible to participate in the grand prize draw but may participate in daily draws.

Each participant may only win one daily prize during the campaign. However, daily winners remain eligible for the grand prize.

3. Campaign period

The competition runs from Sunday, April 13, 2025, to Saturday, April 19, 2025. 

4. How to participate

You participate by downloading and registering in the Spenn app. Registration is free and entails no obligations beyond participation in the competition.

The competition consists of Spenn’s Easter-themed memory game, where participants match colorful Easter eggs. Completing the game grants an entry into the daily prize draw. Participants may return each day to play again for another chance to win.

5. Rights

By participating, you agree that The Organizer may use your name in marketing related to the Easter Egg Hunt, including publishing first names and locations of prize winners. Your acceptance of these terms is a condition of participation.

The Organizer is not responsible for entries lost, damaged, or delayed due to technical issues beyond its control. Cheating, such as participating with multiple profiles or using automated responses, is prohibited. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude such participants and deny their prizes.

The Organizer may withhold prizes from participants who do not adhere to the rules or exhibit inappropriate behaviour. Any disputes arising from the competition will be resolved by The Organizer based on these terms and guidelines.

6. Prizes

Prizes are distributed in Spenn and can be used with our partners. Prizes are tied to the winner’s Spenn account and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to others. Prize draw will take place no later than  April 25, 2025.

Prizes from external partners are paid for and distributed by those partners. By claiming such prizes, you agree to let The Organizer share your name and email address with the partner for prize fulfilment.

6a. Grand prize

Prize draw will take place no later than  April 25, 2025. The winner will be selected and contacted via email. The winner must have completed the game on Easter Eve to be able to win.

Grand Prize: A trip to Svalbard for two, from Friday, September 12 to Monday, September 15, 2025. The prize includes:

  • Round trip flight with Norwegian
  • 3 nights at Funkenlodge Hotel
  • A tour/activity sponsored by Visit Svalbard

6b. Daily prizes

Five daily winners will each receive 10 000 Spenn, except on Easter Eve (April 19, 2025), when no daily prize will be awarded.

Daily prize winners are drawn from participants who have completed the day’s game. Winners are contacted via email.

7. Winner notification

Winners will be notified via email within  April 25. Spenn prizes are credited to the winner’s Spenn account.

8. Additional terms

  • Winners must be over 18 and have an active Spenn account.
  • Spenn prizes cannot be transferred to others or exchanged for cash.
  • The grand prize must be accepted as awarded, and no substitutions will be offered.

If a prize winner does not respond within five days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to another participant.

9. Privacy policy

Spenn Group AS processes your personal data in accordance with GDPR and Norwegian data protection laws. Your personal information will only be used for administering the competition and contacting winners.

10. Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising in connection with the competition shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oslo, Norway.
