Terms and conditions
1. General
These terms regulate participation in the Spenn Ambassador Campaign, organized by Spenngroup AS (the "Organizer"). By participating in the campaign, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
2. Purpose of the Campaign
The campaign seeks two ambassadors to test and document the use of Spenn as part of a marketing activity. This is not a traditional employment arrangement but rather a collaboration agreement where compensation is received in the form of Spenn.
3. Participation
To participate in the campaign, applicants must:
Be over 18 years old.
Have a valid passport or ID for potential travel.
Consent to the Organizer using submitted content for marketing purposes.
4. Assignment and Compensation
Ambassadors will receive a specified amount of Spenn to use for experiences of their choice.
Spenn is a benefits currency and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Ambassadors commit to documenting their experience through photos and videos and sharing content on agreed-upon channels.
This collaboration does not constitute an employment relationship, and no salary, holiday pay, or other benefits will be paid.
Ambassadors will receive travel allowances to cover expenses that cannot be paid with Spenn.
5. Content and Publishing
Ambassadors must provide photos and videos from their experiences. This will be agreed upon before the campaign period.
The content must align with Spenn’s brand identity.
6. Copyright
The Organizer reserves the right to own and use the content in its own channels, including social media, websites, and other marketing materials, for one year from the start of the campaign.
Participants may use the content in their own channels upon agreement with the Organizer.
Any request from the Organizer to use the content beyond one year from the campaign start must be discussed and negotiated with the participants.
7. Responsibility and Insurance
Participants are responsible for any costs not covered by Spenn.
Any travel and health insurance must be arranged by the participants themselves.
The Organizer is not liable for incidents that occur during the participants’ experiences.
8. Termination and Changes
The Organizer reserves the right to terminate or modify the campaign without notice if unforeseen circumstances arise.
Violation of the terms may result in exclusion from the campaign.
9. Privacy
By participating, ambassadors consent to the Organizer storing and processing necessary personal data to manage the campaign.
The data will not be shared with third parties outside the campaign’s purpose.
