General Terms and Conditions for Spenn Group “A Christmas Calendar” 2025
Spenn Group AS (the “Organizer”) is responsible for conducting this year’s Christmas Calendar and administers the competition in accordance with the terms and conditions stated below. By participating in the Christmas Calendar, you accept these terms.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate the Christmas Calendar with immediate effect. Any changes will be announced within reasonable time and published in the Spenn app and on Spenn Group’s official website.
1. General Information
To participate in the Christmas Calendar, you must download and register in the Spenn app.
Upon registration, you may receive email notifications related to the Christmas Calendar, including reminders about the daily window and information about prizes. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time via the unsubscribe link.
2. Eligibility
The Christmas Calendar is open to all individuals aged 18 or older with a residential address in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, or Finland. Participation is free and does not require a purchase.
The following individuals may participate in the daily draws but cannot participate in the draws for the main prizes (Norwegian and Strawberry main prizes, the Disneyland Paris prize, and the distribution of 1 million Spenn on December 24):
All employees of Spenn Group
All employees of partners providing prizes to the calendar: Norwegian, Strawberry, all brands under Reitan Retail, Widerøe, Nikita, Filmweb, One Call, Fursetgruppen, and external consultants engaged by Spenn Group
3. Campaign Period
The Christmas Calendar runs from 1 December 2025 to 24 December 2025.
Each calendar day lasts for 24 hours (CET).
4. How to Participate
You participate by having an active user account in the latest version of the Spenn app.
The Christmas Calendar will be visible at the top of the front page in the app from 1–24 December.
To enter the prize draw for a specific day, you must open the daily window and complete the game or quiz presented. Participation is registered only after you have opened the window and completed the required action.
5. Use of Name and Country for Winners
By participating, you agree that the Organizer may publish your first name and country in its channels.
Partners providing prizes will only receive the information necessary to deliver the prize and may not publish winner names without separate consent.
6. Cheating and Rule Violations
The following are considered cheating:
Participating with multiple profiles
Using automated systems, bots, or other manipulation
Attempting to influence results in a way that contradicts the purpose of the competition
The Organizer may exclude participants who violate the terms or Norwegian law, including content that is offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise violates Spenn Group’s guidelines.
The Organizer may refuse to award a prize if the winner does not meet participation requirements. Any disputes will be handled by the Organizer in accordance with these terms.
7. Prizes
7a. Spenn Prizes
Some windows include prizes in the form of Spenn, which are awarded directly to your Spenn account.
To win, you must complete the day’s game or answer the quiz correctly.
Spenn cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or shared with others.
Spenn is a Nordic reward currency that can be earned through various partners and used with Strawberry and Norwegian.
Winners are notified via their registered email and published in Spenn Group’s channels.
7b. Partner Prizes
Winners of partner prizes are drawn from participants who complete the day’s game or quiz. Partner prizes are delivered by the external partner, who is responsible for delivery and fulfilment.
By accepting the prize, you agree that the Organizer may share your name and email address with the relevant partner. The partner may only use this information to deliver the prize and not for marketing without your explicit consent.
Terms for Norwegian and Strawberry Main Prizes
Partner-specific terms may apply in addition, and any changes to partner services are the responsibility of the partner.
Strawberry:
The Strawberry main prize is 12 × 40,000 Spenn (total 480,000 Spenn), distributed over 12 monthly payouts. This corresponds, for example, to hotel stays for two people every month for an entire year.
The winner is responsible for booking hotel stays with Strawberry and paying with Spenn. Certain taxes and surcharges cannot be paid with Spenn and must be covered by the winner.
The prize cannot be transferred to another person or redeemed for cash.
The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes related to the prize.
Strawberry reserves the right to revoke the prize if the winner attempts to use it for commercial purposes.
Participate daily from 1–20 December for a higher chance of winning.
You must be 18+ and have a Strawberry membership linked to your Spenn app account.
A random draw for one winner takes place on 22 December, and the winner is notified via their registered email.
Norwegian:
The Norwegian main prize is 12 × 40,000 Spenn (total 480,000 Spenn), distributed over 12 monthly payouts. This corresponds, for example, to a round-trip flight for two people every month for a year.
The winner is responsible for booking flights with Norwegian and paying with Spenn. Certain taxes and surcharges cannot be paid with Spenn and must be covered by the winner.
The prize cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
The winner is responsible for any taxes associated with the prize.
Norwegian Reward may revoke the prize if used for commercial purposes.
Participate daily from 1–22 December for a higher chance of winning.
You must be 18+ and have a Norwegian Reward membership linked to your Spenn app account.
A random draw for one winner takes place on 23 December, and the winner is notified via their registered email.
Disneyland® Paris Prize Terms
Disneyland® Paris offers a full VIP experience for one family of four (or five if one child is under 2). The prize includes park tickets, accommodation, meals, and breakfast as detailed below.
Participants must be 18+ to enter. Spenn Group AS is the organizer, and EURO DISNEY delivers and fulfils the prize.
The winning family receives:
4 × 3-day tickets to Disneyland® Park and Walt Disney Studios® Park
Valid for one person per ticket for three consecutive days.
Tickets must be used within one year from the issue date.24 × Half Board Plus meal vouchers
Each voucher is valid for one meal for one person (adult or child).
Not valid on 24 or 31 December.2 nights at Disney’s Newport Bay Club® Hotel for up to 4 people (at least one adult) in a shared standard room.
Vouchers valid for one year.
Stay must be booked at least 1 month in advance via the form provided by EURO DISNEY.
Not valid for stays on 24 or 31 December.8 × breakfast vouchers
Valid for one breakfast per person and only on the dates and location specified.
Terms and Disclaimers
The prize must be used as a complete package and cannot be split, resold, exchanged, refunded, or partially redeemed.
If the guest entitled to the hotel room and meal vouchers does not show up on the reserved date, the vouchers cannot be reused and will be forfeited.
EURO DISNEY is not responsible for any additional costs such as transportation, airfare, phone charges, room service, or personal expenses of any kind.
EURO DISNEY is not responsible for providing information about passport, visa, health, or vaccination requirements.
The winner and guests are responsible for meeting all travel and entry requirements.
7c. Spenn Earned Directly in Games
Some games award Spenn based on performance. Clear rules are provided inside the calendar windows in the Spenn app.
You can win up to 20 Spenn per game across 12 games (maximum 240 Spenn during the campaign).
When you reach the cap of 20 Spenn for a game, you cannot continue playing that game. You have 100 attempts to reach the maximum.
7d. Prize Draws
Winners of Christmas Calendar prizes are drawn at random from all Spenn users across all markets who meet the requirements for the specific window and comply with these terms.
Draws are normally conducted the day after each window. Windows falling on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday are drawn the following Monday.
Prizes for 23 and 24 December will be drawn no later than 29 December 2025.
Winners are contacted via the email associated with their Spenn app account.
8. Privacy Policy
Spenn Group AS is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with the Christmas Calendar. Processing is carried out in accordance with GDPR and Norwegian privacy legislation.

9. Technical Errors, Interruptions, and Force Majeure
The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues, system failures, lack of access, interruptions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control that may affect the Christmas Calendar. The Organizer may cancel or change the competition without liability if such conditions arise.
10. Unclaimed or Invalid Prizes
If a prize cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, lack of response, or circumstances outside the Organizer’s control, the prize may be awarded to another participant or forfeited.
